Creative Character Cards for Team Alignment: Giving teams a common visual vocabulary to check in authentically. By translating internal work states—from "Grounded" clarity to feeling "Overloaded" or "Stuck"—into tactile, expressive mascot characters, these cards transform standard standups and retrospective meetings into open, empathetic conversations.
Creative character design set featuring twelve whimsical geometric mascot figures with expressive eyes and retro boots, depicting varied moods and personalities in vibrant tones of orange, electric blue, lime green, and red.
Quirky, relatable, and full of distinct personality. This modular character system turns everyday moods, blockers, and sparks of energy into expressive visual mascots. Crafted with tactile grain and vintage-inspired silhouettes, each figure offers an intuitive, disarming way to visualize team dynamics and emotional check-ins.
